I saw a new channel on Toptv and did not know what that was all about? I contacted them today and spoke to Jonas and was informed that there was in actual fact 2 new channels added on the full package and that there was B-mails that was sent out. Please could I get correspondence in future on B-mails and E-mail [Email Removed] for any amendments or changes and also a explanation why I did not get any B-mails regarding new channels that was added. Please could someone call me on 0722435499 after 4pm and e mail after 4pm today any correspondence regarding the new channels added and resend the B-mail because I did not get anything.
