Waiting for refund

We booked and paid for our cruise through Imagine Cruising with the Holland America Line on the Westerdam for March 28–April 11, 14-day Japan Explorer, sailing roundtrip Yokohama
In January 2020 we paid in full.
This was cancelled due to Covid -19 and we were promised a full refund. Today is 24 June 2020 and we have not received our refund 90 days later!
This has been an extremely stressful wait with no end in sight and no support from Imagine Cruising!
