This is the second report I'm putting through about Imagine Cruising. I kept receiving emails even after they acknowledged my complaint. I then received a email from admin to say that they will remove me from the list and then I got yet another email and I complained again then they said it will take a day to kick in but then I got another one this morning. I'm at my wits end with these people. I can't believe the incompetent admin staff they have. If they can't take care of such a small request then how the do they take care of their customers? I'm actually just shocked at the incompetency, if we had staff like that they would be out the door. Well let's see how many I still get after this complaint.
