Copy of email i sent on 25 April 2020, also previously complaints about deduction date and airtime not received.
Since the inception of Amazing Vouchers membership, i continues have to contact your offices to reschedule my payment date to 30/31 of each month and not 25th.
In light of the ongoing problem, going against my agreement for payment, the last day of thr month. I hereby give notice to immediately cancel my membership with no extra deductions taking place during 25/30 May2020.
Also in light of COVID-19 crises, i couldnkg utilize the vouchers, however you still deducted, knowing that i could not select vouchers and use it. Please reimburse my l installment asap.

Today, 29 April 2020 i received a call from a consultant. Stating that if i cancel then i must pay for 4 months. I refuse as they, breached contract agreement and want to cancel immediately without penalties. I intend to go to my bank for stop order. I asked consultant to have supervisor to ph me, as i do not want to pay for 4 months cancelation.
I plea for assistance.
