I don't know why and how DSTV can employ two individuals such as ZINHLE and NAOMI who are robotic and unempathetic and downright have the most DISGUSTING service levels I have ever experienced... Customer satisfaction is none of their concern at all... I wish I could do without DSTV and maybe should plan around cancelling my subscriptions because the DISGUSTING and PATHETIC service I have had to endure and tolerate this morning was of the most NAUSEATING... How does DSTV feel that your lack of customer service literally makes customers want to puke?!
I wouldn't be feeling fantastic at all...
