1stly-I down graded my dish from premium to compact, in doing this result me being debted form full after I gave them a call long befor my debit order date. I was suppose to recive a reversal which they say is done but its not done. The consultant asured me that the compact debit will come off.2ndly the or marketing idea behind the debit order system that if you go on debit order you will recive a rebate of R100.00 for the first debit.(NOT DONE) I dont think its rocket science and dont have the same problem with any of my other debits. All I want form them is a service that reliable and when you swich, switch with no hassels
