Bad service is one thing BUT bad service and bad attitude can really ruin a function.
We were invited to a function on Saturday evening and were directed incorrectly by a gentleman called Bobby who told us he owns the whole farm. Only to find out we were directed to the wrong function which was embarrassing. His attitude was offencive and the way he spoke to his staff in front of us, the guests was totally shocking!
With 2 incidents of arrogance and ill manners experienced by this Bobby character by 1 family I feel it should be brought to managements attention and some sort of corrective actions should be taken. It will take a lot for my family to return to your venue which is unfortunate as we are nearby residents.
