We called and asked for DSTV to be put on for the full package for the month of December and then switch off again. end of December they do a debit order for December and January. Now since the 2 January I have been fighting for a refund and keep getting the "7days" story to wait. we now on the 15th and they want to start this process again. They very quick to deduct but have excuses to refund. They put you on hold to speak to managers but the line after 12min gets cut and you have to start all over again.
