Poor service second time in 3 days

First visit for the evening show the store was out of stock of popcorn boxes except for medium and large, customers were forced to make bigger purchases if they wanted popcorn. Second visit server could not enter popcorn on the system so we were late for our film while waiting to have purchase resolved. Eventually had to leave my drivers license at the till to resolve post film. No apology made from the store or manager. Dissapointed with this poor service twice in such a short period especially during the busy season!!
