No help available on a Sunday from the call centre. Simply wasted my time... obviously nothing more than someone who answers a phone. The problem, a be1 error. After Googling and trying some of the options, realize that MC will have to be visited tomorrow :-( So today, no TV, tomorrow a drive to have the problem resolved and probably a service fee to be paid... and none of this my own doing.
Unacceptable. If MC fails with a download, why must it then become my problem? Why is it not possible to fix this today, remotely? I just wonder how much additional in generated in this fashion by MC?
