It's with much FRUSTRATION I write to you. What the are you people doing anyway??? Since starsat has taken over we have had nothing but PROBLEMS!!!
Yet again!!! Our service is blocked. Saying " this service is blocked (4)" I want to know why? And if It's an accounting problem, then YOU should be sorting it out!!! We are on an automatic debit order with you, so if there is a problem it's from your side not ours???
If this does not get sorted with in the next day I will cancel my subscription with you people. Your a joke of a business. You have not got it right from the get go. When it was Top TV, we never! Had any problems??? Makes me wonder.?
I would like someone to contact me urgently regarding this matter, as this is now the third time this has happened!!!
