Colin Zungu-client service 7:57, instructed to get some1 from acc's dept to call me, there's no point in speaking toclient services, done this numerous times to no avail, instr to terminate my serce which they haven't done in over a month.colin said he didn't know if it was possible to speak to someone from acc's but he'll c what he can do
According to my calculations I'm actually in credit.
You paid absolutely no attention to the fact that I insisted to be contacted directly by your accounts department as I have 7 different amount as per the 7 different reconciliations Multichoice has sent me.

I find your company utterly incompetent and deceitful and will now proceed to make it public to Hello Peter and likes there of.

I also have other friend whom have experienced exactly the same maladministration. Multichoice in actual fact owe me money, so dare not to list me on ITC, I shall take this matter to court. Also please forward me the terms and conditions I signed in 2010 when I subscribed to the annual subscription paid in advance for 2011 and 2012. Lets pull this apart with legal representation< maybe now we'll get somewhere.
