I phoned their call centre on 21.11.2013 and requested my compact package to be upgraded to the premium package for the month of December, to my shock I was debited with R1019.00 in stead of R625 due to the activation taking place the 21st of November, I did NOT request the premium package to be activated from end of November I requested it for the month of December! I am NOT HAPPY with this at all and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth! PLEASE rectify your mistake and credit me back the differnce as I should ONLY have paid R625 for my subscribtion!
