Smash Hits and TLC

Please fix your technical issues - all my channels freeze for a few seconds and then resumes again; it is doing this every 2 minutes or so. The other thing My TLC and Smash Hits is not showing. If you have removed these channels I will be cancelling my subscription- as these were the only channels I really enjoyed. Also another thing- please respond to the massive complaints on your FaceBook page.
