AGAIN PAID AND NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS

I have placed a order on the 10th through the internet and paid. I did email them my details with the proof of payment and NOTHING. They told ME to phone the courier company (without a tracking number - yes you are reading the correct statement!!!

I emailed them each and every day and yesterday was promised that a customer care consultant will phone me by 13h00. EMPTY promises!!!

TTD131217-00767-8404 was the latest reference number..

I phoned the call centre yesterday and was told they are off line. How is this possible? I think they are just to lazy to help!

I am sick and tired of there uselessness! I have had this problem in the past also with them. I paid extra in on the CD and the courier fees and still NOTHING!

I emailed AND faxed the order with the proof of payment and now they can't find it? Is someone steeling my money? this is the only conclusion I can come to!

People please do not make use of these people! They do not do what they promise!
