When you buy a HD pvr and you are not on the premium package you will receive an error E101-29 (without valid MSK) when trying to record or pause a program which in actual fact is not an error but a service which is not activated. This will easily be rectified by a Multichoice agent at an additional cost of R70 a month or R840 pa. Multichoice should divulge this information to their clients and potential clients.
