Still no decode

On the 29th I received a call from Dinah and as per our telephone conversation, she was to send me mail correspondence that I can go to Randburg and have my decoder replaced. Till to date, I have not received any mail. I have called multi-choice multiple times and till to date no e-mail, no follow up call and empty promises.
