On hold for 27min and counting

Hello Peter

I have been on hold for now 27min, in order to clear an error. I have tried the website to clear the error, which apparently can not be cleared online. It is now 33min, I'm sure if I wait long enough I'll break the one hour mark. Ok, we have broken the 40 min mark, time to press send. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
