Ok, so what now? I settled my outstanding debt with these people 7 MONTHS ago but yet I still receive reminders to pay-up 7 MONTHS later. I have on numerous occasions contacted them via telephone and email and pointed this out to them but to no avail, so 7 MONTHS later I am STILL RECEIVEING THESE REMINDERS, "please pay your Woolworths Acc., please pay your Woolworths Acc., please pay your Woolworths Acc.". Over and over and over again I still get the same sms. Well today was the last and I am fuming mad at these people. Today I receive an sms reminding me to pay my RCS Acc. Just to remind these people, all these accounts were settled with them 7 MONTHS ago. Yes Hellopeter, you read that correctly - 7 MONTHS. I agree with you Hellopeter, shocking beyond belief.
Again I say, ok so what now? I erroneously paid over R600 more than what I was supposed to after I settled my outstanding debt with these people after I forgot to cancel my bank order. I am still waiting for a R600 refund from them 7 MONTHS later. Yes Hellopeter, you read correctly, 7 MONTHS later I am still waiting for my refund from them who initially said it will only take 14 days.
