I decided to change my payment to DSTV to a debit order and when this was rejected by the bank I called the call cenre and was told by an extremely helpful lady that there was a problem with my ID number - 2 of the numbers were transposed.
I took my ID book and went to the Umhlanga walk in centre expecting to firstly wait in a long queue and secondly to experience the normal terrible South African customer service.
I walked in and was immediately called to a counter hosted by Thami, who assisted me quickly and was so helpful and friendly that I was completely astounded.
Looking around the walk in centre, i noticed that it was clean, and well run. My compliments to DSTV and to your staff .. Well done.
