As a long held Top TV customer I am in disgust at the services received from the call centre after Starsat has taken over. It seems that the level of service has dropped to zero. I recently purchased the HD decoder and called the call centre for assistance.
I was passed from pillar to post and finally got connected, but after a few days disconnected. Having ran my phone bill extremely high due to the incompetence of the staff I was advised that my bill was not paid.
I have always paid my account on time and never missed a payment. I find the services appalling as it seems the staff are illiterate, rude, and have no telephone etiquette. As Starsat is launching its brand I seriously suggest that they get their house in order as I am definitely considering cancelling my subscription.
You are efinitely going to lose a majority of long standing clients of Top tV.
