We were unable to pay for 2 different movies at your branch due to the security restriction in your system which does not allow a card to be used for 2 different movies unless there is a supervisor override. Your staff refused to call a supervisor and asked us to use cash to pay for the 2nd movie which extremely inconvenient. Why is there no supervisor at 6pm on a Sunday night? Why do you suddenly not allow 2 card payments when every other retail store does allow this? Instead your staff tried every other booking terminal which obviously did not work and wasted everyone's time. Then I had to queue up again and pay the person behind the drinks counter. I don't see how this remote terminal booking helps families who want to split up and see different movies which I imagine happens a lot.
