Great call centre service!

I have phoned the Multichoice/DSTV Cape Town call centre a couple of times in the past few months and feel it is worth complimenting them on excellent service, every time! Each time I called the first person I speak to makes sure they understand my query and they are immediately able to answer me or help me fully. I am very impressed with the competence and friendliness of the call centre consultants. Keep it up! We need more service like this in SA!
