M-Net terrestrial down in rain

M-Met terrestrial in Potch out of order everytime it rains. Problem persisting for a couple of years now!
Local Multichoice agency not very helpfull.
Complaining by phone takes an eternity and free minutes may not be used!
Very bad service from Multichoice!
