Utterly disguted

My service was activated the very next day after I logged my complaint but then yesterday I received a message stating the amount I have to pay on my invoice date which is on the 26th but yet again my services were suspended today 23rd. Please sort this out because I pay my account for the whole month & not for month minus a few days. Do I get a refund on the days my sevice is suspended?
