I phoned multichoice self service to upgrade to the full package for a weekend then downgraded afterwards so after 2 weeks my service was suspended aweek before my payment date. I went to multichoice to query this & told the women there that my friends also upgrade for a weekend then they pay it on their payment date & her response was" its not the same for everyone"! So I would like to know why is it not the same for everyone but when I have to pay I pay the same money as everyone else? This is the second time I got different treatment compared to others at the above mentioned place. Now I have to pay a reconnection fee which I feel is unfair & jst a money making scheme. The women working there should change their attitudes.
