I reported my XtraView fault on the 09-10-2013 and a lady by the name Kirsten called me and assisted me, assuring me that my problem has been solved and indeed everything seemed fine after we went through the setting steps and fixing the problem, although she told me we needed to upgrade the heartbeat cable which we did few days later but then the problem started yet again the next day can I be helped? Can this thing be cleared entirely please!
