On numerous occasions we've gone to different cinema's and movies at this theatre. Each time there is a problem with the quality of the sound and/or picture, ranging from the sound being too soft, the picture is unfocused and/or has static and parallel lines on one side of the screen. Popcorn is either burnt or stale. Then you're expected to pa R55 for this? Complaning to the manager did absolutely nothing.
