Sometime in June 2013 I got banned from Carnival City because a punter gave me R300 in black casino chips. I did not ask for the money and he did not only gave me, but all the others that was standing around the roulette table. I got banned for 6 months. I disputed it within the 7 day period I was told and got a call back that I did ask for the money and that they did not know the other people who was standing around the table, also got money from the same punter. Only after reading my email, they checked the surveillance footage abd saw that several people received money as well from this punter and that they will ban those people also. How do I know if they were really banned and this was almost 2 weeks after I was banned. I also disputed the fact that the paperwork (banning order) dated back to 2012. I was told it was an admin error - but the original print dates 2012 which I feel in my opinion is invalid. Even the Security Officer who signed the banning order, signed 2012! Do I have solid reason to go to the gambling board or is it too late? The date issue bothered me all along and I thought maybe I should get advise from you first. Please contact me via email.
