Tonight I came home after work to a message on my TV: "This service is blocked (4)". Seeing that the date today is 1 Oct, I figured I'd call their call centre (0860086788) to complain about no grace-days... Low and behold, number doesn't work.
And what the is your spiel with taking all the decent channels (this term is subjective as all your channels are B class) away? And replacing them with D class ones? No wonder your business is going down...
Your customer service is atrocious. Your shows are repeats after repeats. I'm kicking myself for supporting a shxt company with an even shxttier product.
Disgusting. Absolutely horrid and will tell everyone I know not to support you.
