As a DSTV Compact subscriber we have been notified we will no longer have Mnet series, but instead it will be split into 3 channels of which we can access Series Zone which will show repeats of the D-grade series' shows. It was one of the few channels we watch as almost every other channel is completely re-runs and repeats - Now they are doing the same to 114. The amount we are paying IS a lot - and the supposed large bundle of channels is a joke - who needs 7 religious channels? We've slowly watched you squeeze the useful channels down to this while adding a plethora of rubbish over the years! Trying to mask this downgrade as a bonus so they can FORCE us to watch drivel or upgrade at almost double our premium.

To quote another complaint: "You are really unfair to the smaller packages, who entered into a contract with you based on what you were offering. Now you are downgrading them, and cutting channels as you please with little or no regard... Unscrupulous"

We've wasted HOURS on the phone as many of the call centre staff aren't even aware of the change and no one is willing to help. They refer us to numbers that don't answer or MNET. Result "It was a business decision"
