My wife and kids just went to SterKinekor Bayside to watch Smurfs (9am show), purchased tickets and drinks just to be told that they cant watch the show due to an upgrade. In order for them to get their refund back they had to return all goods including the drinks and popcorn. This is not the 1st time we have had poor service ant this specific cinema. It will be the last time they will see me there.
