TO SUN COAST & OWNER OF CENTRE COURT
Firstly the fact that Sun Coast Casino has to bear the detriment and bad publicity for the horrifying experience I had at Centre Court on 8/9/13 is so sad. Its now 2 days and ZERO Response & Refund from the Management and owner. Bottom line we were 5 adults at 19h49pm, chk 1697, spent R595 for the "Prawns Special"- which smelled and tasted worse then fishing bait, roast beef that was like rubber, chicken was dried, salads were swimming in liquid, hygiene and appearance of all foods was totally disgusting and unappetising, a manager that was rude, and loud and who clearly indicated that her faith was different from ours. Just to let you know, I didn't have 2 bites and we stopped! CC Management have a rule they don't do refunds & you must see the buffet first. I was told that this was put in place because Indians are the only ones who complain. I am Indian and my family eat beef and pork and I didn't want to see the buffet because you are trading in SUNCOAST not on the street and I have more faith in the place! I am a F&B Trainer and a buffet should be 100% no excuses! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY, NOT A SORRY!! This service is awful!
