In 2102 my husband and I bought the sun international privilege portfolio costing over 2500.00 rand when our cards arrived there was no expiry date that was visible. I contacted them on several occasions, eventually getting the manager Tenius . he stated we could still use the cards and would send new ones to us. we went for our anniversary dinner and the hotel refused the cards - we had to pay for the dinner in full. manager now Aziz) again they said they would reimburse some of the dinner - sadly the evening was spoilt. but I am still waiting for the reimbursement and the new cards. nearly a year later and nothing. tried to contact them - numbers have changed and even sun international reservations had the wrong number. once again spoke to Aziz and still no luck with anything. this card was meant to be for a year - it is nearly a year and we have had nothing from them. countless emails and phone calls - expiry date is nov 2103. to date I have now requested my full payment back - we will see what transpires. TO ANYONE OUT THERE BE CAREFUL OF THIS PACKAGE. sad to think such a big company would treat us like this.
