I am very disappointed with the service I have received from DSTV regarding the handling of my account
I have always paid my account via debit order as has always been a preferred method of payment by yourselves. On 26/07/2013 I upgraded my package to Premium, increasing your companies revenue, and while watching TV on Sunday the 28th, my service was disconnected. On contacting the service centre, they told me that it was due to short payment. They reconnected my service and told me that there would be no reconnection fee as it was not due to "no payment" but due to "Short payment"(please feel free to listen to the recording of my call to your service centre). On receiving my statement I requested, I see there is a reconnection fee of R50. It must also be noted that when I upgraded my package, it was understood that any short payment would be debited along with my next debit order.
I checked my statement from further back and noted I was charged R50 in April for the same mistake from your account department. I want these amounts to be credited to me. Besides this, I have received no feedback regarding my e-mail I sent to yourselves on Sunday the 28/07/2013 (Referance #: 3779617)
