I need to compliment Victoria and Cynthia from Multichoice for the amazing and grace full way the sorted out my complaint. I had lodged a complain about poor service and bad attitude against another staff member. Victoria contacted me to see how she could help sort out my problem and she got Cynthia to call me on the Saturday morning to help me with the problems that I was having with my PVR. It took Cynthia 30 minutes to sort everything out and it is working perfectly now.
