In April I unsuccessfully tried to rent a box office movie. After 3 attempts i phoned call centre where agent activated rental and confirmed no charge due to the inconvenience.5th July i receive for the 1st time a statement showing R25 owing and on enquiry told that it relates to the April rental (did not get an sms at the time confirming the charge, despite being told that they always do that)
Multichoice not interested in my 'appeal' so i have told them to go ahead and take my R25 - i've had enough of their argument.
Thats the last time i rent from Box Office.
No doubt (as usual) this will recieve a reply out of the text book that has no bearing on my specific complaint!!
