Friday evening I took my partner and daughter to the cinema in Grand West receipt info T/N:899613 WkSt: GRA-POS-02 and T/N 899447 WkSt: GRA-EOX-01 while standing in the line to get pop corn my partner got harassed by a guy demanding a R10 and tried to intimidate her into giving money to a deaf organization. I dragged her by the hand as he was very persistent, then he moved on to hassle the rest of the people behind us. The movies cost R157 R97 for the combos to get the movie at home would cost me R30 a rental and R14 for pop corn. If I wanted to be harassed for money l would not have come to Grand West NuMetro, and what upset me the most is the fact that your staff tells me its a normal thing that he is there even though he knows he is not supposed to be asking money from customers and then continue on like nothing is wrong. I am disgusted as a client that this would happen in a place where I would not expect this kind of thing to happen.
