After numourous phone calls to different call centre personell (Bennet, Zanele, Faih) to name but a few I am still awaiting a manager or supervisor to explain who gave permision to activate a extra view that has been cancelled more than 7 moths back and why now after 4 months of attempting to link the child accout to our pvr account it is now cancelded but payment was made via debit order from them. They have promise for 3 days to get back to us with feedback but still nothing
