We arrived to watch iron man starting at 15:05. We went in at 14:55 and the sound was off so I assumed we are early. At 15:15 I went to complain the sound is off but the trailers are playing. They responded it will be sorted asap. I went again with no action taken at 15:25 and 15:35. I then went for the forth time at 15:45 and the manager eventually came and called someone. They fixed it at 15:50 and had to restart the movie. I honestly did not pay to run up and down complaining to below par service! It is not acceptable
