1st Month EFT and Debit

I activated my DSTV 5 days before month end. The Callcentre said I need to EFT the first payment as it is too late for DSTV to add the debit. I did an EFT AND they debited me. I logged a call a day after they debited me. I still do not have my money returned to me. It took 3 Weeks just to approve a Journal (What was there to approve? Plain and simple I paid twice? - and that is after DSTV advised me to pay EFT)

18th June - They promised it will be paid that same day.

Now when I phoned, it can take 7 to 14 days. I have been told since the 3rd 7-14 DAYS!!!
