I called in last month to downgrade my account to a lesser package on doing so the agent told me i need to pay in just over R800 last month end. However when i logged into my self service account the next week my account was in a -R86.66 and next amount due 1/7 of R275. However i receive an sms from bank that multichoice tried to deduct R1247.. What in were they thinking. i have proof as i printed out the self service statement showing the amounts as i mentioned. I am now in bad with my bank account too with regards to this. this is not acceptable. sort it out and i will not pay R1247 when i have proof of above.
