I saw advert on TV says that if i sign for stop order I'll get a reward of R100. I agreed and my account was created R100. I was force to stop the service for two months because my house was under renovation. I took initiative and make a call to Multichoice offices to notify them about my renovation. They promise me that they will keep me my credit that was over R600. I was advised if i want a refund what must I do. I opt not to take a refund because I will continue with Multichoice after renovation.
I completed renovation and called Multichoice for reconnection. I was so surprise to learn that R100 was taken away. I made a telephone enquiry, I was promise the money will be reversed to my account but that had never happened. I went to Multichoice outlet at Wonnderpark mall, they send a quiry to head office but still nothing happened.
