Our wedding was /-200km from Pretoria.
By 10:00am she still hadn't left Pretoria.
We paid her in full for unlimited hours on our wedding day and required her to start taking photos at the latest 11:00am.By 12:00pm we organised with family and a game ranger at our venue to help and take photos.
She pitched half an hour before the wedding ceremony was supposed to start (14:30) without an assistant. My father explained that he would cover her travelling costs but expected her to pay us the rest of the money back. (She has just ignored this request)
We also had a couples shoot done in July. we wanted to use the photos for our wedding but we only received the photos on 4 October. (8 days before our wedding)
