I called multi-choice on the 27.05.2013 to change my service from full bouquet to compact service
and I was told to call back as they were experiencing some technical issues. I then refused to call back and requested the agent to call me back once their system is up and running. The poor agent told me that they are not allowed to call clients back. The manager also refused to speak to me, Im really disappointed with service from multichoice as they don't give a about their clients (Monopoply right there!!!)I wish there could decent competition that would give a about their clients. I'm not going to pay my monthly subscription until the matter has been resolved. Should you dare terminate my service because of your incompetent team leader and I will then take the matter to other public forum
