When we activated our account on installation we advised we didn't want the service until the end of the month. They did not disconnect the service as we advised but then charged us for it. It seems if you sign up a debit order they then can take any amount the want and come up with an excuse why they did it. They are not willing to listen and assist the client. They say they will investigate but its been 2 months now and nothing has happened since, so they are just saying that to keep us quiet. I'm extremely upset with the lack of service they give to their clients.
