Unacceptable billing & communication

My channels have cut off due an overdue account. The automated call centre replies tells me i owe R9.33 in the beginning of the call. Then later says my account is R199.00. (on thursday the 9th) today the same automated man tells me again R9.33 at the beginning then later R187.00. THERE IS NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN! I log on to the self service site - my last statement says i owe R336. And in all of this i know i have not missed any payments so where does this oustanding amount come from? And what is the actual outstanding amount??? My fees have been increased by R19 per month, i owe an unconfirmed amount, so they cut my channels and yet i know all im missing are repeats. Because thats ALL they seem to air... Im considering not reconnecting at all.
