SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ANSWER A PHONE - RUDE!

I just spoke to the rudest man!!! Very sorry I didn't get his name. I phoned Cool Runnings to get prices for a group function for our office and chose the option to go through to the Operations Manager. When I enquired about options and prices for groups he told me in a very rude manner to check their website - that there is a very big sign that says prices! I was actually on the website and couldn't find the information I was looking for and therefore phoned them. I am so sorry I did! So while I had him on the phone I scanned the website again and he has the cheek to tell me he certainly doesn't have to hold on while I look at their website. He must go check his facts and see that their website is not very clear in terms of costing for groups. He is an and shouldn't be involved in the entertainment industry or allowed to deal with human beings. I will make a mission to tell as many people as I can about the shocking behaviour and to avoid Cool Runnings. They must be doing extremely well if they don't need additional business.
