False advertising

I logged on to the toys r ua website and online the huggoes gold nappies were marked at 144.90 and when I went to purchase thwm at the stoor it was 163.90
The lady advised its a website special.
No where on the website doea it state that this is strictly prices for the website nor does it state that storw prices differ.
Is this not false advertising?
