Multichoice

Multichoice offered me a deal: pay for 11 months up front and receive 1 month free. I paid and 11 months later I was requested to pay for the 12th month. According to the call centre my up front payment was not allocated correctly. CALL CENTRE IS UNABLE TO ASSIST FURTHER. To date this matter has not been resolved!
